Intro to Steeking Workshop 8th March

Steeking is one of those techniques that feels terrifying until you understand it - and then it becomes completely liberating.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to confidently cut your knitting to create openings on a mug cosy. 

Guided by an experienced guest tutor Kate Heppell, we’ll take steeking step by step, with plenty of time to practise, ask questions, and build confidence in a calm, supportive studio environment.

This workshop is suitable for knitters who want to expand their skills and try something new - no reckless cutting, no panic, promise.
